Payment Terms
In order to confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of your total booking cost. The remaining balance should be paid a minimum of 30 days prior to your check in date.
Payment options are either by credit card, or bank transfer.
We will provide you with full details of how to make your payment when you make your reservation request.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation at least 60 days prior to check in, the deposit is partially refundable, 10% administration fee will be deducted.
If cancelled less than 60 days before check in, the deposit is totally non-refundable.
Once paid the deposit is non-transferable & relates specifically to the dates you have booked.
Security Deposit
We require a security deposit of 10000THB to be paid in cash on check in. The deposit will be returned to you when you check out less the cost of any damage or breakages that may have been caused. Details of costs are available in the villa which you can review when you arrive
Check In / Check Out Time
Check in time is 2.00PM, earlier check in is available on request, but is subject to availability.
Check out time is 11.00am, late check out is available on request, but is also subject to availability.
Maid Service
Your villa will be cleaned for you every fourth day, ncluding a complete change of towels & linen. Should you require the maid & laundry service more often, this can be arranged at an extra cost.
Provisions
We provide some drinking water in the villa for when you arrive, but if you have anything in particular you would like to have waiting for you, we can source them and make only a small service charge plus the cost of the goods themselves.
